Singapore prime minister's brother joins opposition party ahead of general elections

Singapore is abuzz over news of Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong’s estranged brother, Lee Hsien Yang, who has joined the Progress Singapore Party (PSP) ahead of this year’s general elections, says Chong Ja Ian, an associate professor of political science at the National University of Singapore.
